Angelo Barletta was born in Naples on 26 October 1990. He is a pianist recognised for his technique and instrumental qualities. In March 2014, the great pianist Aldo Ciccolini described him as having ‘undoubted technical ability with first-rate instrumental qualities’.
His artistic and teaching experience lies at the heart of FareMusica Academy, where he follows each student with attention to their starting level, personal goals and overall musical development.
Professional profile
Admitted to the San Pietro a Majella Conservatory of Music in Naples in 2003. He later studied fortepiano and harpsichord at courses held in Capalbio.
In 2012 he completed his piano diploma under Lino Costagliola with the highest marks, honours and special distinction, receiving the Giacomo Maggiore scholarship.
His experience includes first prizes at the Luigi Paduano and Città di Airola competitions, participation in Premio Venezia, Piano City Napoli and numerous recitals and concerts.
In March 2014 Aldo Ciccolini expressed his appreciation for Barletta’s technical and instrumental qualities.
Teaching approach
Lessons are personalised according to the student’s level and objectives, combining technical development, interpretation, listening and broad musical growth.
